Well, I can't say we haven't had some good times, old bean. But let's face facts. You're obsolete. Passe. Done deal. Too two-dimensional for such a complex world.
So, I'm retiring you.
It's been real, it's been fun, but it's time for us both to move on. Me to whatever I'm going to do next, and you to...well, to whatever ether spawned you.

First off, let me start this post by saying I hate guns. I think they're niggardly, cowardly, yellow, weakling's tools. I think that Americans are in love with the things, because the bulk of Americans are cowards who look for quick flashy answers to their problems.
I think if anyone had ever actually had one of their loved ones die because of a hand-gun, they'd probably have some issues with the thing themselves.
I've had several of my loved ones, both family and close friends, die from guns. My father shot himself, Tony, the man who helped my mom raise me after Dad died (He was the one who gave me the "birds and the bees" conversation when I was 12...) was shotin a botched robbery, and those are two of the earliest memories I have of guns. Obviously, I never had the love-affair with the things that most little American boys have.
On a sheerly philosophical level, I prefer knives. I think if you're going to kill a man, you should have to get close enough to him that he might just be able to kill you. And even if he can't, you should still be close enough to get his blood on your hands in reality as well as in spirit.
All of that being said....I have had to re-think my policy on never owning a gun. My home cty is one o the most violent-crime-ridden cities in America, filled with cowards who love the gun themselves, and who use them. In January and February alone of this year, they have been 990 violent crimes.
All of that being said, I have come to the decision to purchase a hand-gun, since, frankly, I don't live in the nicest neighborhood. I don't live in the WORST neighborhood, either, but, there's no sense taking the risk.
This is actually a very hard decision for me. I'm going to have to spend a month or two considering it, and then considering what sort of weapons to purchase, both for personal defense and for home defense.

loyalty Pronunciation: 'loi(-&)l-tE Function: noun Inflected Form(s): plural -ties Etymology: Middle English loyaltee, from Middle French loialté, from Old French leialté, from leial : the quality or state or an instance of being loyal synonym see FIDELITY
loyal Pronunciation: 'loi(-&)l Function: adjective Etymology: Middle French, from Old French leial, leel, from Latin legalis legal 1 : unswerving in allegiance: as a : faithful in allegiance to one's lawful sovereign or government b : faithful to a private person to whom fidelity is due c : faithful to a cause, ideal, custom, institution, or product 2 : showing loyalty 3 obsolete : LAWFUL, LEGITIMATE synonym see FAITHFUL - loy·al·ly /'loi-&-lE/ adverb
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't give my loyalty to anyone or anything lightly. Nor do I take it back lightly.
This has caused me a great amount of hurt on several occasions, when i gave it to the wrong people, for the wrong reasons. But still stuck with it, even when they turned against me, until I finally couldn't stand it any more.
I STILL feel bad about some of the cases. Even when I was told that I'd hold my own mother down and let someone rape her, even when I was told that there was no difference between me and a "dirty needle-sharing junkie"....I still felt something like loyalty to the individuals in question.
In the first case, I waited for an apology that never came, and in the second case, well, fuck. I extended my own hand in a gesture of friendship, only to have it shat upon again multiple times.
I sure can pick'em.
But today, I had to do something even more unpleasant, out of that same loyalty.
I tried to make peace between two friends who were both being played by the same jack-ass and turned against each other over nothing more important than said jackasses' stupidity. I tried to make something right, even though they both told me I was wrong for trying.
And in so trying, I may have lost both friends.
That actually hurts me a lot more than either of them will ever know. But, that being said, I did what I thought was right, I tried to stay loyal to both sides, and that's that.
To the two of you (and you should know who you are...):
If you want to be pissed off at me for following my conscience, that's fine. It hurts a lot, but I can live with that. Just remember down the road one of these days, that you made the choices you made, and nobody is responsible for how you act or what you do besides yourselves.
I'm tired right now, and I have to go load the trucks tonight.
Life is not good, but life IS.
And I suppose I can't ask much more than that.

You know, I just realised, there's fundamentally no real difference between the two ruling American parties. Over the years, they've both grown so similiar that it's ridiculous.
Democrats wear red ties, have secret wars, serve corporate interests above the interests of the American people, generally play fuck-all with the environment, and engage in a host of generally craptacular activities that basically result in more and more restrictive laws that inhibit personal freedoms in favor of wide-spread social controls.
Republicans are completely different, in that they wear blue ties.
There's a handful of people out there who protest this or that. They make big paper mache puppets and run around the streets chanting slogans. They occasionally get arrested, and maybe get a shot on the evening news.
Nothing changes, of course, all goes according to plan.
ALL goes according to plan.
Don't worry, I'm just being a paranoiac. You know, ranting about conspiracy theories.
Yeah. Sure. That's it.
You just keep telling yourself that, keep your fucking mouth shut, laugh when the t.v. tells you to, go to work, and be good.
Or else.
I used to think that i could help in some small way by at least spreading information. But then I realised something. You can't help someone if they don't want to help themselves. If all of those "revolutionaries" out in America were serious, they'd quit waving signs at protests, and buy fucking guns.
You think the founding fathers of this country planned on singing songs and holding rallies? Fuck,no. They dumped valuable goods into the sea and loaded their rifles.
Could you see any "Make Love, Not War", "Food, Not Bombs", "I'm in a punk-rock band" kid today loading a gun and saying, "You know, I think I'm going to sit down with a handful of my buddies, draft a Constitution, and start preparing to actually fight for my beliefs in a manner that WON'T be turned into just another dog-and-pony-show for the evening news."
Yeah, right.
We, as a nation, as a people, have become fat and weak. I include myself in that roster, by the way. We've become fat little cowards, so terrifed of chaos, ,instability, pain, and death, that we'd do anything to save our own precious skins. Fuck, we'd do anything to save our own precious fucking playstations. The only risks we take are ones we know other people have safely taken before us, and the only dice we roll belong to other people.
Fuck. I don't know where I'm going with any of this...
I think I'll just sum it up with a quote from one of my favorite movies.
"You're all sheep... and I'm NOT your shepherd."

Former Attorney General of the United States, John Ashcroft.
Current Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services Tommy G. Thompson.

Convicted felon Oliver North.
Texas Republican and Majority House Leader Tom DeLay.
Former Presidential Candidate and african-diamond-mine owner Pat Robertson.
Millionaire author of the "Left Behind/Tribulation Force" series of books, Dr. Timothy LaHaye.
Crazy Moonie Cult Leader Reverend Sun Myung Moon.
Now there's a pretty diverse list of people. Can anyone tell me what they all have in common.
(Yes, while, "They're all rat-bastards." does, indeed, qualify, I'm afraid it's NOT the correct answer.)
Have any of you ever heard of a group called The Council For National Policy.
Ever heard of it?
No? Well, golly gee willikers, I wonder why not. Take a look and see what YOU can find out about these right-wing religious wackos. In addition to all being members of the same medieval death-cult, it also (funny coincidence!) turns out that they pretty much run the Republican party.
Once again, I am forced to ask those very few so-called "Republicans" who occasionally read my journal...
Please. I'm asking, here. Please, with sugar on top, and frosting, and a big ole strawberry...
TAKE OFF YOUR GOD-DAMNED PANTIES, BRUSH THE DIRT OFF YOUR FUCKING KNEE-PADS, AND STOP CHOKING ON THE CORPORATE COCK LONG ENOUGH TO GET RID OF THESE FUNDAMENTALIST CHRISTIAN NUTJOBS.
"You know, Doc, if you'd make a little more effort to be a little more "political", to be a little more "understanding", to just be a little "nicer", you'd probably change more people's minds. But you're so offensive that people are too busy being pissed off at you to even think about what you've actually said."
Well, now, that's a pretty damn good point, there, milquetoast. But you know what? I don't think it matters. See, I have a little theory. Everybody, right now, at this point, in this day and age, who claims to be a Republican, and who DOESN'T get TEN THOUSAND TIMES more pissed off at what the Fundamentalist, Right-Wing, Christian-Coalition nutjobs are using the Republican party to do aren't WORTH any respect, of any kind. They have willingly handed over America to a bunch of religious fanatics who are every bit as bad as Osama Bin Laden or any other conservative Islamic mullah.
During World War Two, they had a NAME for these kind of people. For people who not only didn't fight the Nazis, but who willingly aided the Nazis.
That name was COLLABORATOR.
It hasn't been used in a while, but to be honest, there was another name for that same sort of yellow-bellied, gutless whore of a person who would sell out his own country for money or "protection"...
TRAITOR.
Frankly...I'm not interested in making any traitors and collaborators "feel better" about themselves. I don't respect them, because they aren't WORTH any respect. They were willing to trade my country for their own benefit, and as far as I'm concerned, that makes them less than human, and not worth the amount of civility and good manners I'd show a diseased rat crawling in the gutter.
Please understand, however, I am not in any way saying that people who support the Christian Fundamentalists who currently run the Republican party ARE diseased rats crawling in the gutters. I certainly hope no one thinks that's what I'm saying...
...because I'd certainly hate to insult the rats that way.

In their own words:
"Chalcedon is committed to recovering the intellectual foundations of Christian civilization. Positively, we propose an explicitly Biblical system of thought and action as the exclusive basis for civilization."
Their Vision Statement.
Just a note to all of my "christian" "friends" who advise me to be "open minded" and to "accept other people's beliefs".
Read that vision statement closely. This is your tribe talking here. YOUR people. See, everything I believe is wrong, and everything they believe is right.
And before you go dismissing these people as just some "www.godhatesfags.com" knock-offs...take a look at one of the players behind them:
Howard Ahmanson belongs to the Council for National Policy, a hard right wing organization and also helps finance The Chalcedon Institute. Who is Howard Ahmanson? Why, he's none other than the majority stockholder in a little company called ES&S..."Election Systems and Software". While not as famous as, oh, I don't know....Diebold, they're still one of the more prominent suppliers of ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES FOR AMERICA.
This guy isn't some trailer-living wackjob praising Jeebus while polishing his pistol, oh no. This is one powerful and scary son-of-a-bitch who is not only dedicated to the above world-vision, but he has the actual power to make it happen.
And that's just ONE GUY. Guess what? he ain't working by himself, here. There's a whole god-damned HOST of these bastards, sitting behind the scenes.
Do you honestly believe THEY'RE sitting around being concerned about being "fair" and giving everyone "respect"? Fuck, no. To them, people like me and most of my ACTUAL friends are nothing but Godless Heathen Liberal Communist Terrorists Who Hate America AND Baby Jesus.
A point to all of my so-called "Republican" "Conservative" "Friends".
These are the people in charge of "your" party. These are YOUR leaders. If you CHOOSE to follow these corrupt bastards, then you (a) aren't a Republican, (b) aren't "Conservative", and (c) Damn straight are NOT my friend.
These fuckers are a bunch of right-wing radical fanatics who want to build (in their OWN words) a "Theological Dominion" over THE WHOLE FUCKING PLANET, starting with taking over the United States of America. And they're just about two inches away from doing it, too.

Just what, exactly, are the "Republicans", conserving? It's not the budget, that's for damn sure. Some 400-billion and spiralling upwards...it's not the environemt, that's for double-damn sure. It's like Republicans can't WAIT to turn the whole country into a polluted slag-heap.

] |
1.What makes the words "secular", "liberal", and "intellectual" have become negative things to say?Is it bad to want to live in a free, intelligent society whose moral and social values are NOT decided by an archaic and hypocritical religion?
2. What causes us to blame the people in other countries when jobs we used to do here get shipped over-seas? Shouldn't we blame the people HERE who made the decision to send those jobs overseas?
3. If we dislike the French so much, shouldn't we give back the Statue of Liberty? After all, she came over here from France.(And has anyone ever read that poem written on the base of Lady liberty? It's like she's ASKING for immigrants or something...)
3. (SPEAKING of immigrants...)What makes any American of non-native descent feel we have a right to say who can and who cannot come here, under what circumstances? I mean, it's not exactly like we politely asked permission and made sure to follow the laws and ways of all the people that lived here before we did.
4. If America was intended to be a Christian nation right from the start, then why did the men who originally wrote the COnstitution put in a part that said, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"?
5. Is it "fiscally conservative" to spend more than you bring in...and is it "compassionately conservative" to tell states that they have new goals they must achieve for their schooling of children...and then cut funding to schooling on a national level?
6. Is it a "moral victory" when you defeat a weaker opponent by striking first, killing many innocents in the process... What if you lied about why you attacked first, and then changed your story after the fact...How about if you claim that you've won the conflict...but seem to still be taking casualties over a year after your "mission" has been "accomplished"?
7. If "God" loves America so much, then why did "He" allow some other people (who also claimed to be working for "Him") to kill all those people in the World Trade Center...and if "God" allowed that to happen because we had become "sinful, immoral people" and we "needed a wake-up call"...then why hasn't "He" done anything to Amsterdam, where drugs and sex can be bought legally, and the city itself is known as "The Gay Capitol of Europe"? Does "He" not love Amsterdam as much as "He" loves America, or did they get some sort of special permission-slip?
8. I read in the Bible where Jesus says "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God."...if that's the case, then why are there so many rich Christians? Did they get a special permission-slip like Amsterdam?
9. If we regard people who die in combat on OUR side as having made "the noblest of sacrifices", why do we regard people who die in combat on THEIR side as "maniacal fanatics"..and speaking fo combat...which is braver and more courageous...to charge headlong into your enemy armed with nothing but a rusted rifle and a few sticks of dynamite, or to sit comfortably in a ship some several hundred miles away and press a button to fire a missile that may or may not hit your intended target?
These, by the way, are NOT "rhetorical questions". I'm actually interested in hearing your answers.

[15 Nov 2004|01:24am] |
Meet Dr. George Grant.
Ever heard of him? Sounds like a nice guy, doesn't he.
Upstanding Christian man.
Let's hear what he has to say in his book, The Changing of the Guard, Biblical Principles for Political Action :
" Christians have an obligation, a mandate, a commission, a holy responsibility to reclaim the land for Jesus Christ -- to have dominion in civil structures, just as in every other aspect of life and godliness.
But it is dominion we are after. Not just a voice.
It is dominion we are after. Not just influence.
It is dominion we are after. Not just equal time.
It is dominion we are after. "
Not "It is a peaceful co-existance wherein we understand the essential differences between us and our non-Christian fellow humans that we are after."
Not "It is the common ground between all of us as individuals we are after."
It is dominion we are after.
All of you people that counsel being reasonable, that counsel seeking "understand" that counsel "getting along".
I suggest each and every one of you "reasonable people" study history.
In particular, study the history of one Neville Chamberlain.
"Peace for our time" indeed.
He may very well be your patron saint.

Leonard Cohen is arguably my favorite writer and musician. I discovered him by way of Nick Cave. If you check my info page, you'll notice that down at the bottom, I have two quotes by him that pretty much sum up my feelings on romance.
My dad was a veteran. He went over to Viet-Nam, and worked on planes. he couldn't get a deferment, he couldn't claim "other responsibilities", the best he could do was manage to get into the Navy instead of the Army. He was called, and he went.
He was stationed in Miramar in 1969, as part of VF-194, the "Red Lightnings".He served on the Ticonderoga and on the Oriskany. he came back to the station in December of 1969. One of the first "Top Gun" fighter jets went out of control, and flew into the hangar where him and some fourteen or fifteen of his buddies were working. The jet's fuel ignited, burning nearly everyone in the hangar to death. My dad and one of his friends tried to save as many people as they could, since they weren't injured too badly, but all they really wound up doing was pulling the burnt bodies out of the wreckage.
That messed him up pretty bad.
So,anyway, a few years later, I was born, and a few years after that, my mom and dad got divorced. He shot himself shortly afterwards.
There could have been a lot of reasons. He could have been distraught or angry over him and mom getting divorced, he could have just been filled up with misery at not being able to save his friends from the fire, who knows.
I was nine years old. Me and him didn't exactly have a lot of time to to get to know each other really well. I remember him being this tall, lanky man with the sun behind his head, and a pot-belly. I remember him pulling over to the side of the road so a snake could cross without being crushed. I remember him bringing an albino possum home in the back of his truck and trying to keep it for a pet.The only music I remember hearing him listen to was whatever country station was playing in his truck.Whenever I think too much about him, I just feel all the years he's been gone between us. As stupid as it may sound, I'm actually almost sobbing right now. My eyes still get hot with tears when I think of him, some for the missing of him, some for the anger at him leaving us. I loved him so much, and he loved me...but that love wasn't strong enough to make him want to live.
Mom says he had a thing for Philipina girls. Ha. He lost a lot of rank when he was in the navy for running off with a little Philipina girl for nearly two days, and probably would have brought her home with him had he not been from a small prejudiced Southern town. THAT would have made a big difference in my life, seeing as how I might not have been born otherwise.
Turns out having a thing for Phillipinas runs in the family...not to mention some problems with fire.
I rant against the government a lot.
I rant against the war in Iraq a HELL of a lot, and I would've ranted against Viet-Nam a lot, too. I do what I can to protest these bad, bad wars.
But I respect the hell out of all the men and women who have served, and I respect just as much all of those they leave behind.
If you were called, and you did your duty, I thank you.
If you lost one, or had one come back broken, I'm with you.
Oh....just one last thing.
My dad's favorite musician?
Leonard Cohen.

( Over the past few years, Republicans have fought to prevent any type of paper trail through electronic voting. Despite printable ATM type receipts being a reasonable fail-safe, Republicans and corporations such as Diebold fought hard and eventually won the battle against a verifiable voting system. )
doctor_hellfire 's commentary on Mr. Cory's commentary:
I feel kind of bad for you, Mr. Cory. You're an intelligent guy, and your heart's in the right place.
But the sheer truth of the matter is, even if you found massive evidence of fraud...and let's face it...you already have...
it won't make a difference.
See, we, as Americans, know our whole political system is so flawed it's not even anything approaching a true Democracy...or even a true Republic. We are, as a whole, as a collective mass, okay with that. We decided a long time ago that "safety" and "stability" was worth more than "liberty", "truth", and "justice".
Why do you think "liberal" can actually be used as an insult and slur-word? Because the majority of Americans are terrified of actual freedom. they want a President who tells them the "Mission" is "Accomplished", and he'll "Get'em Dead or Alive!"...and they don't care if he doesn't come through on any of this as long as he "stays the course" and occasionally bends his head in prayer just like they do.
I mean, seriously. Everybody jokes about how "you can't trust politicians", and how "you can't trust any of them"...and yet...regardless...we still hand them our money and our work-efforts and our lives, hand over fist...
...because we're too weak of heart and gutless to do the unthinkable, and have a "Hundred Million March" on Washington with a few hundred nooses.
Instead, we want the USA/PATRIOT act, and HOLY JESUS to protect us from the awful chaos and uncertainty that is legalised abortion, faggots getting married, and a set of tax laws that make sense to rational human beings.
Even the "liberals" out there don't want to do what our founding fathers did when they got tired of living under tyranny.
We're too "mature", too "adult" too "developed" to do what they did.
Because what they did was harsh, painful, dangerous, and violent. What they did was COMPLETELY INSANE by today's standards.
I say that in complete seriousness. If you went to all of the college campuses and other "liberal hot-spots" or whatever in Amercia today, and said, "Okay, guys, time to put up or shut up, we're going to take America back for Lady Liberty and hang the tyrants, every last one, just like back in the good ole days of the American Revolution!"...
How many do you think would show up with six-guns blazing?
Yeah, you're probably right.
Nobody's wearing a white hat any more, hoss. All the people in charge are wearing black hats, and all the people they're in charge of (and I mean that literally...IN CHARGE OF...)are wearing gray hats.
"God" sure has blessed the U.S.A.

...or, more accurately, a formal declaration of personal war, and the reasoning thereof.
Judaism. Christianity. Islam.
All three religions that spring from the worship of the same god.
A god that (in his own words, mind you...) describes itself as being:
"a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me" (Exodus 20:5)
and
"the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God" (Exodus 34:14).
What does it mean when it says "jealous"?
Well, since we can't ask it, it being notoriously resistant to direct questions (to the point of not even wanting it's onw name spoken out loud, or even known by most people(*1)...), let's look in the dictionary.
Main Entry: jeal·ous Pronunciation: 'je-l&s Function: adjective Etymology: Middle English jelous, from Old French, from (assumed) Vulgar Latin zelosus, from Late Latin zelus zeal -- more at ZEAL 1 a : intolerant of rivalry or unfaithfulness b : disposed to suspect rivalry or unfaithfulness 2 : hostile toward a rival or one believed to enjoy an advantage 3 : vigilant in guarding a possession (new colonies were jealous of their new independence -- Scott Buchanan) - jeal·ous·ly adverb - jeal·ous·ness noun
Hmnn.. "Intolerant". "Disposed to suspect rivalry or unfaihtfulness". "Hostile towards a rival or one believed to enjoy an advantage".
Do you know what I think? I think if the god of these three religions went to kindergarden, it would have "DOES NOT PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS." written all over it's report-card.
In all seriousness....if any of you have ever read the Bible, the Torah, or the Koran...these are NOT books that encourage their readers to be tolerant, understanding, good neighbors to the peoples around them.Point of fact, they all tend to have a common theme of "this way is the best way, the people that live this way are the best people, and everyone else needs to either convert or die" thread running through them. Oh, sure, there are some bits you could no doubt drag out that make them sound benevolent, but...in practice, we get the Inqusition, we get scientists and truly enlightened people being executed, we get airplanes being flown into buidlings, we get tanks being driven over children, we get little gay boys beaten to death with ball-bats...lots of fun stuff done in the name of the monogod.
And does the monogod stop these acts...because it does claim to be all-powerful and all-knowing, of course...?
No. it doesn't. It has some of it's representatives on earth make some blather about "free will" and how we're all "being tested"...
But the proof is in the pudding. If this monogod is a god of "love", then why does it allow so many atrocities to be commited in it's name? Some of you reading this have children. SOme of you may even think of yourselves as "harsh parents"...but would you, no matter how badly your child behaved, cut off one of it's arms to "teach it a lesson"?
What would you do if you saw a parent pick up a child by the throat, and throw said child nine or ten feet across a grocery-store because the parent caught the child grabbing a can of pudding?
Even if you did absolutely nothing...would you think said parent was a GOOD parent?
Think long and hard on that. No...wait...maybe we, as 21st century people think TOO MUCH. just let your heart answer for it. Picture that child, lying on the ground, bleeding, terrified, frightened...
..and when it looks up at his or her parent and says "Why?"...
All he or she gets is a slap across his or her already bruised face, with a promise of much worse if it keeps questioning.
THAT is the method of the monogod, proven through nearly 4,000 years of history. Whenever monotheism arises, it invariably brings with it repression, violence, and death.
Did the ancient egyptians go around murdering each other in massive genocidal wars to prove that Thoth was the one true god and all other gods should be destroyed? When Akhenaten tried to convert all of Khemet to the worship of Aten...how well did it go over? And when it was over...did they all remain converted to the "one god"?
When was the last time you heard of a bunch of Buddhists rising up and declaring that anyone who didn't agree with their way of life..who didn't worship their religion...needed to die?
Monotheism as expressed by the ONE GOD of the muslims, of the jews, of the Christians is an evil thing. It brings fanaticism, it brings, fear, and it brings death. Why? because...if you read the bible, the torah, or the koran...you'll clearly see that this "god", this...this...THING these people worship, these people "have faith in", these people SERVE is a bloodthirsty tyrant who thrives on fear and death.
I'll end this on one note. Let's go back to the bible, to the stories of creation...to the first murder.
2 ...And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. 3 And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. 4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: 5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect.
Genesis 4:2-5
This god didn't "respect" the hard-earned fruits and vegetables that Cain had tilled the soil for. It didn't want that. He did, however, want the thing Abel brought him. The "firstlings of his flock, and the fat thereof".
It wanted that thing then, and it wants that thing now, no matter how it dresses itself up, whether it wears the powder-blue suit of the televangelist, the stern black frock of the priest, or the white and yellow robes of the mullah. If it could, it would get that thing itself...but it can't. It's a weak god, ultimately, and it has to work through lies and trickery. It has to decieve the people into thinking that the thing it wants is a good thing, that it "must be done".
No matter how much it's followers may smile, no matter what good works they may do...ultimately, they will eventually return to giving it what it really wants.
Blood. Sacrifice. Death.
If you worship this thing, if you offer fealty to it in any fashion, under any of it's names, under any denomination...
You are no friend of mine.
I mean this. You've had your rule. You had nearly 2,000 years of blood-shed, and I say it's enough. The time of the blasphemy against humanity that is the so-called "god" of the Christians, the Jews, and of the Muslims is at an end, and it MUST BE STOPPED. Don't talk to me about "love", or "forgiveness" or any of the bullshit you've been spouting while you spend your money on war-machines and instruments of death. Don't tell me to be more "open-minded" about your beliefs while you're still dripping the blood of those you've murdered from your own hands.
I'm tired of being "understanding". I'm tired of "seeing your point of view". I'm tired of your people's ways of smiling while you hide the knife beneath your robes.
My tribe and your tribe are enemies, from this day on.
